Mining Alliance is offering for subscription up to 2,000,000 new ordinary shares in the company at £1.00 each payable in full upon application in order to raise up to £2,000,000. The offer will close on 31st July 2017, or such other date as the directors may subsequently resolve at their sole discretion.
